Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Sunflare Energy accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • Direct Bank Transfer (EFT)

All payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR).


2. Credit & Debit Card Payments

Customers may complete their purchases using credit or debit cards through our secure payment system.

  • Major debit and credit cards are accepted.
  • Transactions are processed through a secure and encrypted payment gateway to ensure customer safety.
  • Sunflare Energy does not store or retain any card details.
  • Payment confirmation will be issued once the transaction has been successfully authorized.
  • If a payment is declined, customers should contact their bank or card provider for assistance.

3. Direct Bank Transfer (EFT)

Customers may also choose to pay using Direct Bank Transfer (Electronic Funds Transfer).

  • Banking details will be provided during checkout or on the order invoice.
  • Orders will only be processed once the payment has been received and cleared in our bank account.
  • Customers must include their Order Number or Invoice Number as the payment reference.
  • Proof of payment can be sent to sales@sunflareenergy.com.
  • Sunflare Energy reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within the required timeframe.

4. Payment Confirmation

Orders will only be confirmed once full payment has been received and verified.

  • A tax invoice will be issued for all completed purchases.
  • Sunflare Energy reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity is suspected.

5. Pricing & VAT

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Sunflare Energy reserves the right to correct pricing errors without prior notice.

6. Refunds & Reversals

Where applicable, refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Card Payments: Refunds will be issued back to the card used during purchase.
  • Direct Bank Transfer: Refunds will be transferred to the customer’s nominated bank account.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the bank or financial institution.

Sunflare Energy may request verification of banking details before processing EFT refunds.


7. Security & Fraud Prevention

Sunflare Energy takes reasonable steps to protect customer information and ensure secure transactions.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional verification for certain transactions.
  • Cancel transactions suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Any fraudulent activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
