This policy is designed to comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, which protects consumer rights regarding product quality, returns, and refunds.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, documentation, manuals, and tags must be included.

Refunds

Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Compliance

If a product fails to meet these standards within six months of purchase, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, subject to CPA provisions.
