Shipping Coverage
Sunflare Energy currently ships nationwide within South Africa. We work with established courier partners to ensure that orders are delivered safely and efficiently.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated during the checkout process based on the delivery location, product size, and order value.
From time to time, Sunflare Energy may offer promotional free shipping offers as part of marketing campaigns or seasonal promotions.
Express or same-day delivery options are not currently available unless specifically stated during checkout.
Order Processing
Once your order has been placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment.
Processing Time:
1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Orders received after 12:00 PM (South African Standard Time) may be processed on the following business day.
Processing times may occasionally be extended due to:

- Incomplete or incorrect delivery details
- High order volumes during peak periods

Sunflare Energy partners with reputable South African courier companies to deliver orders across the country.
Once your order has been shipped:
- A tracking number will be provided via email.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the courier’s system.
Order Tracking
Customers can monitor the progress of their delivery using the tracking information provided after dispatch.

Please note:
- Orders cannot always be cancelled once processing has begun.
- If the order has already been shipped, it will need to follow the Returns & Refund Policy.
Address Changes

While we will do our best to assist, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping process.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Missing Deliveries
If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but cannot be located, customers should contact the courier company directly to open an investigation.
Sunflare Energy will assist where possible but cannot guarantee recovery of parcels confirmed as delivered.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Sunflare Energy is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply.
Undeliverable Packages
Orders may be returned to us if:

- Multiple delivery attempts were unsuccessful
- The shipment was refused by the recipient
In such cases, customers may be required to pay additional shipping fees for resending the order.
If a refund is issued, the original shipping fees may be deducted.
